Competition Terms and Conditions: rAge Expo 2025 Ticket Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Spacegrow Media PTY LTD (Trading as: SPACE.tm), a media company based in South Africa.
2. Competition Period
The competition is currently open and entries must be received by midnight (23:59 SAST) on Tuesday, 2 December 2025. Entries submitted after this date and time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility and Entry Requirements

This competition is open only to natural persons who are residents of the Gauteng province of South Africa.

Employees, directors, partners, agents, or consultants of SPACE.tm and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

To enter the competition, entrants must:

Follow the official SPACE.tm TikTok account ().

Comment on the designated competition TikTok post with a compelling reason why they should win one of the rAge Expo 2025 tickets.

One entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) single-day general access ticket to the rAge Expo 2025.

A total of ten (10) tickets will be given away to ten (10) separate winners.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. Winner Selection and Judging

Entries will be judged by a designated panel from SPACE.tm.

The panel will select the winners based on criteria that include, but are not limited to, brand and content alignment with SPACE.tm’s values and content. Creativity and quality of the reason for winning will be highly considered.

The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition or the judging process.
6. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

Only the winners will be notified, which will be done via direct message on the TikTok platform within 72 hours of the closing date, or as soon as practically possible thereafter.

The winner must respond to the notification within a specified time (e.g., 48 hours) to accept the prize and confirm their identity and residential status. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Winners will be required to collect their ticket(s) from SPACE.tm’s office in Melville, Johannesburg during standard business hours, upon pre-arranged collection time.
7. Exclusions and Liability

SPACE.tm’s responsibility is strictly limited to making the entry ticket available for collection.

All winners are solely responsible for all their own travel arrangements, accommodation, and substance (food and drink) costs associated with attending the rAge Expo 2025.

SPACE.tm is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by negligence or willful misconduct.

SPACE.tm assumes no responsibility for any inability to enter or continue the competition due to technical difficulties or any other reason beyond its control.
8. General

By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SPACE.tm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in the immediate disqualification of the entrant.
